IMPORTANT RULES

• The booth must me paid in full before JuNE 15, 2011..  No post-dated  cheques will be accepted after this date.  If the full payment is not received before the deadline, we will consider renting your space to someone else.

• The Truck Rodeo will not be held responsible for any damages or theft.  There will be security on the sites 24 hours starting at 8:00 p.m. on wednesday, July 28th, 2011.

• The sale of weapons (guns and knives) is PROHIBITED on our sites.

• The sale of french fries is PROHIBITED inside your booth unless your booth is conceived for that matter and follows the safety standards.

• Upon your arrival in Notre-Dame-du-Nord,  please take  rue Desjardins then rue Côté and we will meet you at the end of rue Côté.  You will be given A STICKER allowing you to enter the Flea Market site.

• Please note that the access to the flea market will be CLOSED during the evening.  You will have to anticipate arriving on our opening hours which are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• The deadline for setting up your booth is Thursday, July 27h at 9:00 AM.

• It is strictly PROHIBITED to travel with your vehicle after NOON on Thursday, July 29th for security purposes.  For those coming in with a vehicle not allowed within your rented space, will be assigned a parking spot.  Please limit the number of vehicles to ONE vehicle per flea market.

• The dismantling of your booth can be done after 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 31.

• Please keep your spot clean by using the garbage cans put entirely to your disposal.

• Any misconduct or refusal to obey the rules will result in expulsion.
